Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Oven & Grease Pan
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with butter and set aside.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cocoa powder. Set aside.
Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Combine Mixtures
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Then fold in the grated zucchini.
Step 5: Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
