Ingredients:
For the cake:

Instructions:
To make the cake:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add in eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy.
- Add half of the dry ingredients and beat until combined. Add in the buttermilk and mix until combined. Add in the remaining dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

To make the frosting:
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add in confectioners' sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing until smooth and creamy after each addition.
To assemble the cake:
- Place one of the cooled cakes on a serving platter. Spread with 1/2 of the frosting.
- Top with the second cake layer and spread the remaining frosting over top and sides of the cake.
- Carefully arrange blueberries in a vertical line down the center of the cake, then fill in the sides with alternating rows of blueberries and strawberry slices.
