Choc Orange Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and lightly flour one 9-inch round cake pan.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the orange zest, orange juice and vanilla. Combine the salt, flour, cocoa and baking powder, add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Finally stir in the milk and chocolate chips until just blended.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
